The newer torsion doors common in this area, most going up around 2013, are generally easier cable jobs than the older extension-spring doors elsewhere in the region - but they go sideways in their own way. A cable that's jumped the drum on a newer door often means the drum itself shifted or the set screw backed out, and if we just rewind the cable without fixing the drum position, it'll jump again within weeks. The other trap: replacing one cable but not its matching pair. On a door this age, the opposite cable has the same cycle count and is close to the same wear, so fixing one side and leaving the other is just scheduling a second call. We'll flag it if we see it, even if it adds to the visit, because a door that's out of balance stresses the opener too.
