The clean part of working in Hurlburt Field is that most of the housing stock is young enough that we rarely hit the surprises that come with a 1960s or 70s opening - rotted jambs, undersized headers, springs sized for a door that's been replaced twice already. That's the exception here, not the rule.
Where it still goes sideways: if a house falls outside that newer-build pattern - some older stock exists even in a mostly-2013 area - the opening can need reframing before a new door goes in square, and that's a different job than a straight swap. We also can't promise a same-day install if the door size or color you want isn't something we're carrying on the truck that week; some panels and glass-insert options have to be ordered, and that lead time isn't ours to shorten. If your opening is anything other than a standard single or double, say so when you call, so the estimate reflects it instead of getting revised on-site.
